Shopping Information

What are your shipping charges for online orders?

If your order is over $50, we provide shipping via UPS/USPS absolutely free of charge.  For those of you that place orders that are under $50, you can expect a shipping fee of anywhere from $7-$10 in the USA.

How long will shipping take?

Once the package is picked up by the shipper, normally UPS/USPS takes anywhere from 1-5 days on average in the Continental US.  You will receive a tracking number that will provide you an estimated date of delivery.

How long until my order ships?

All online orders are prepared and ready to ship within 1 Business day after the order is placed.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as you have placed the order and payment has been processed, you will receive an invoice via email.  We also place a paid copy of the invoice in your package for your own reference.

What is wishlist?

Simply, it allows you to save a product to a list so you can reference it for later if you aren’t ready to purchase now.  Wish lists can also be used for sharing with others to purchase gifts for you or others.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Contact us immediately after discovering the damaged or incorrect product.  Make sure that if the project cane damaged in the shipment, DO NOT throw away the box it was shipped in.  UPS/USPS will not process the claim unless the original box the item(s) were shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as the order hasn’t been picked up by UPS/USPS, then you can give us a call at 208-500-3933 and we are happy to make changes or cancel your order for you.  

Cancelled orders will receive a full refund.
