Ladies Homestead Gathering, a nonprofit with a mission to Empower Women Through Homesteading, is holding a seminar at Twilight Fiber and Yarn on October 25th.
Doors open at 9:00am with socializing and refreshments, followed by education at 9:30.
All ladies 16 and older are invited to practice the steps of turning fleece into yarn. Watch live sheep shearing and then clean, card, spin, and weave at stations.
Ask questions from our experienced fiber animal panel and feel different fiber types. Lunch and a drop spindle lesson are included, and some gifts to take home.
